How do I find out if a flower variety is in season?

All the varieties advertised on our website are available to buy online all year round. We do not hold stock either, providing you with access to a limitless supply of flowers week in week out.

How is the delivery date set?

We organise the delivery of our flowers into weekly Sunday, Monday and Tuesday delivery slots. The day in which you receive your order will be determined by location and the date the order was lodged, giving priority to florists that make orders early. The farms need to have received all orders by 12pm of the previous Wednesday to be able to ensure flowers make the flight into the UK the following Sunday.

For Example: In order to make the flight arriving on the week commencing Sun 1 July 2018, customers will have to lodge orders by 12pm Wednesday 27 June 2018. Any orders received after this will be arranged for a flight at a later date.

Do you have a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value required. All of your orders are important to us, no matter how big or small!

Please note, the flower varieties are sold in their specific quantities. For example, roses are sold in wraps of 25 stems, alstroemerias are sold in wraps of 10 stems and spray carnations are in wraps of 5 stems. Unfortunately, we are unable to split the wraps they are packaged in by the growers.

Can I Order Weeks in Advance?

Absolutely, we are happy to work around your business needs. If you would prefer to plan your orders ahead we can arrange for your orders to arrive on the dates and in the quantities you need weeks in advance.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to almost all areas in the South of England - Direct to your shop door.

Our Sign up page allows you to provide us with all the necessary information we need to determine the optimum route that best allows us to deliver the flowers you order online.

Do you charge for delivery?

No, our prices include all costs of delivery - including shipping.

Can I request that special delivery requirements are met?

Absolutely, we pride ourselves in meeting any and all delivery requirements requested by our customers, which is why we choose not to use 3rd party couriers, delivering all products ourselves.
